Remote Connect concept created to help cancer patients who could not access a full-service care facility.
The goal, to give remote clinicians access to a cancer specialist through a mobile device quickly and conveniently, eliminating the need for expensive, disruptive travel. Expert-guided treatment would start within days, instead of weeks. The concept utilizes underlying Cognitive Technology to give experts a concise, thorough understanding of the patient’s condition, allowing them to suggest an effective treatment plan quickly.
My role was providing creative /art direction and managing design teams from 3 different business units teams. Also, I was involved in design research at the hospital with care providers and facilitating workshops to understand and synthesize requirements and findings for the product.
